At Adam Robinson Design we regard the creation of comfort in our outdoor designs as critically important, so it was great to read the latest Grand Designs magazine and specifically the article, Make Comfort Happen.
The reference to the increasing importance of Biophilic Design and how at it’s core it is all about connecting humans and the natural world. By bringing the outdoors closer through the use of natural materials in furniture, and decoration we can create beautiful inspired spaces that feel good to live in.
Our ARD designed garden is featured on the last page – Woollahra House – a collaboration with Alexandra Kidd Interior Design. This garden design illustrates how materials matter when it comes to making your outdoor space as comfortable and luxurious as your interior. Outdoor materials have come a long way with the introduction of innovative all-weather materials and fabrics that mimic the look and feel of indoor furniture.
