Our Chanelle Gets Married
Congratulations!
Our lovely Junior Designer, Chanelle married her beloved other half, Stuart at Harts Mill Lawn, Port Adelaide and we couldn’t be happier for her. The backdrop to the ceremony was a beautiful, rustic, exposed brick wall of an industrial warehouse – very Chanelle! Industrial warehouse spaces are her favourite thing and she just can’t go past an exposed brick wall without making a comment!!
The reception a beautiful, relaxed and casual cocktail style event, held at a friend’s warehouse Rapha Pop, where they usually hold large gigs for touring acts.
Chanelle styled the reception herself with the help of some friends, glamming up the space with lots of greenery (of course!), evocative pendant lights in an assortment of styles, shapes and colours and contemporary al fresco furniture.
The night was so much fun, full of dancing, great conversation and hilariously funny speeches. Chanelle did us proud and didn’t leave the dance floor!
Chanelle’s Styling Tips
Source great vases and other containers for flowers/foliage from Zakkia to bring a contemporary and eclectic element.
Use a series of Enoki Cumulus pendant lights above the dance floor to define the area, bring great festive mood and a sense of intimacy. It felt like we were dancing underneath the clouds.
Chanelle and Stuart, we wish you both every happiness for your future together and hope you are having the best honeymoon and look forward to hearing all about it on your return!
