Wellbeing Magazine Feature

Journalist Jessica Bellef recently approached Adam Robinson to be interviewed for a feature article she was writing for Aussie print title, Wellbeing, a long-running magazine that focuses on health and natural living.

The article was essentially to be about, how to extend your liveable space at home with a practical guide to making the most of your outdoor areas as that can directly correlate to impacting one’s sense of wellbeing.

There are many reports out now about the fact that spending time outside with exposure to nature is linked to a host of benefits, including improved attention span, lowering of stress, better mood, and better for physical and mental health.  Simply looking at trees and plants, hearing bird noises, feeling the sunshine and breeze, breathing in fresh air, smelling flowers can reduce blood pressure and stress-related hormones cortisol and adrenaline.
