2016 AILDM Landscape Design Awards

‘Best In Category’

This year for the first time I entered the Adam Robinson Design team in to the AILDM Landscape Design Awards for the first time. We were so honoured to take home three awards including two gold and one Best in Category!

Each year the awards showcase the very best in landscape design and design projects. I went down to Melbourne to attend the event and see how the spaces we have come to love would fair up on the night. We were so blessed to clean up the balcony rooftop garden category and take away the awards.

Our Waterloo balcony garden project gave us a gold and Best in Category. The balcony is located in Waterloo’s award winning building, the Casaba. We were delighted to create this outdoor space for our clients and design a modern contemporary balcony.

Our Redfern Rooftop is a much loved project of mine and I couldn’t be happier to see it do so well. The garden has been featured on Better Homes & Gardens and has now taken away a gold award from AILDM. The multi-use space features a side garden with bench seating, outdoor lounge, outdoor dining,  a built in bbq with cooking area and a versatile and much discussed retractable pivoted awning.

A big thank you to the rest of the Adam Robinson Design team, Josh and Chanelle, for their hard work and commitment. They always put in top effort to help create the beautiful designs and gardens that we love so much. It was great to get involved with all of the other finalists and members at the event this year and our whole team is looking forward to next time!
