Thanks to Adore Magazine for featuring this lovely entrance we designed for a front garden by the sea. We reimagined the classic entryway through a contemporary coastal lens—elegant in its restraint, yet unmistakably modern in its execution. ⁠

There’s a whisper of Hamptons familiarity woven through the palette and detailing, but this is no traditional interpretation. The Australian take on Hamptons style embraces a lighter, more effortless sensibility—breezy, sun-washed, and inherently relaxed. It’s a refined coastal aesthetic tailored to our climate and the way we live: open, casual, and beautifully liveable.⁠

Anchoring the threshold, a custom curved-line gate with a louvered insert delivers both privacy and sculptural definition. Its softened geometry draws the eye inward, creating a tactile, inviting moment as you transition into the home.⁠

A layered coastal planting palette completes the composition, framing the entry with texture, movement, and subtle tonal variation. The result is a welcoming forecourt that feels both grounded and serene—an elegant prelude to the seaside sanctuary beyond.⁠
