Sustainable Bamboo Discussion

This month I had the pleasure of joining Jennifer Snyders from House of Bamboo and Jono Fleming for a panel discussion on sustainable bamboo. 

Although Bamboo is now sought after as a  sustainable material for many building elements and products – House of Bamboo which launched in 1972 has been raising awareness on the wonderful eco-qualities of Bamboo long before it became popular.

House of Bamboo provides both natural and engineered bamboo solutions in bamboo fencing, pool fencing, privacy screens, bamboo blinds and ceiling panels as well as rattan cane webbing.  I recently collaborated with HOB on a range of  Bamboo planters – the Pleat Collection because I’m a huge fan of the material.

We held our panel discussion event over two days at the Sydney Home Show in Darling Harbour Convention Centre and we had a lot of fun!
