Our Fairlight garden recently featured in Gardening Australia magazine’s July issue. Adam showed readers how to create the perfect pot inspired focal point, gave readers an easy step by step to putting together a mixed pot of plants, showed us how to create two different looks in one outdoor space and answered questions on the Gardening Australia Facebook page in a live chat event with fans and followers.

MIXED POT STEP-BY-STEP FEATURE

For the ‘focal point’ feature Adam created a beautiful look using three simple steps. Pots were brought together in different sizes, varied styles and textures were selected then contrasting plants were added to compliment the look.

A plain space in need of impact can be achieved with a pot-up of many different plants in one pot. Adam gave readers an easy to follow step-by-step guide featuring tips on choosing the right plants, arranging them effectively and keeping them healthy and well maintained.

Colour, pot selection, plant shape and style all came together in this article for the magazine’s Style spread. Adam put together two great looks for both the modern outdoor space and a classic one.
