Take in the Autumn Season
The Blue Mountains Region is famous for its magnificent cool climate exotic gardens and this is very much the case in Mount Wilson where there are many privately owned gardens which are open to the public at different times of the year. Autumn is a wonderful time to visit as the spectacular colour change is so dramatic and exquisitely beautiful. You don’t really notice the change of seasons so much in the city, however Mt. Wilson is only 1.5hrs drive from Sydney and makes a very enjoyable day trip.
